Fill Easy was named Runner-Up for Best Pitch at Insurtech Insights Asia. The competition brought our government-source identity approach in front of senior insurance executives and innovation teams.

An insurance workflow, in concrete terms

Our pitch drew on the Prudential Hong Kong deployment. Within PRUSubmit, a customer taps an NFC-enabled identity document on a secured device. The system sends the verification request to the authorised source and returns the result within the insurance application.

For insurance teams, the questions extend beyond reading a document. They include the policyholder’s identity, the evidence needed by the institution and the route for any Mainland data used in Hong Kong.

The GBA onboarding question

Fill Easy’s government identity integrations and filed GBA Standard Contract arrangement address different parts of that workflow: confirming identity at the source and supporting the covered cross-border data transfer.

The demonstration gave insurance teams a concrete starting point: where customers provide their identity details, how those details are verified and how the result reaches the team processing the policy.
