UBS has engaged CorpVerify to support corporate due diligence across jurisdictions as part of its GBA and APAC work.
The operational problem is familiar to teams reviewing international counterparties: the company’s officers, ownership and filings can sit across separate registry portals, in different languages and formats.
A structured company record
The deployment brings official registry searches into a connected API workflow. Sources described in the engagement include Hong Kong Companies Registry, Mainland China’s SAMR and Singapore’s ACRA, alongside other international registries.
Available company and beneficial-ownership information is returned with structured JSON and PDF reports for integration into the onboarding review. Fill Easy’s filed GBA Standard Contract arrangement supports the covered Mainland data transfer to Hong Kong.
Looking deeper into Mainland entities
The engagement includes Fill Easy’s Mainland KYB data suite. The available evidence described in the announcement covers:
- Company registration, filing status and legal representatives.
- Directors, shareholders and equity distribution.
- Chinese financial statements, translated and structured for review.
- Litigation, enforcement, licence and tax-related records.
The purpose is to make that source evidence accessible within an institutional due diligence process, reducing the need to assemble a counterparty file from separate manual searches.
