Fill Easy has advanced to the semi-finals of EPIC HK, the international startup pitch competition organised by the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP). The selection places us among the top 100 from more than 1,200 applications.

Sixty seconds to explain the product

The in-person round takes the form of a 60-second elevator pitch at Hong Kong’s International Commerce Centre. Our pitch centres on a specific problem: regulated teams need to verify a customer against an authoritative record while keeping their onboarding journey moving.

Fill Easy connects those journeys to government identity systems and company registries. The product, live deployments, ISO 27001 certification and GBA Standard Contract filing form the evidence behind that proposition.

The conversations after the pitch

EPIC connects participating companies with HKSTP’s investor network, corporate innovation teams and government stakeholders. Those conversations let us demonstrate how a bank can request a company record or verify a customer through a government identity system, then use the result in its existing account-opening process.
