Yes. Every GovVerify check runs with the individual's consent, given through the government scheme.
What details does a Singpass check return?
Through Myinfo, the NRIC or FIN, name, nationality, address and employment details the individual consents to share.
Can a Hong Kong firm verify Singapore customers with Singpass?
Yes. Chocolate Finance moved its Singpass verification to Fill Easy, so Singpass in Singapore and iAM Smart in Hong Kong run through one API and one team.
