Does the individual have to consent?
Yes. Every GovVerify check runs with the individual's consent, given through the government scheme.
What is SinoConnect?
SinoConnect is Fill Easy's China eID verification. The individual taps their Mainland national ID card against their phone's NFC reader, the chip is read, and their identity is confirmed at source instead of from a photo of the card.
What does the individual need?
Their Mainland national ID card and a phone with an NFC reader. It works on their own phone, or on an agent's tablet or in your own app.
Can we add face, bank card and phone checks?
Yes. A face check against the ID record, a bank card matched to the ID, mobile number status, address, education and court records can be added to the same request.
How does the result reach our team in Hong Kong?
Mainland personal information is transferred to Hong Kong under Fill Easy's filed Standard Contract for cross-border personal information transfer (Filing No. 202500031).
Can we offer China eID alongside other government ID schemes?
Yes. GovVerify puts iAM Smart, China eID, Singpass and UAE Pass behind one API, one consent flow and one schema, so each customer verifies with the scheme where they live and every result comes back in the same shape.
