- Verifying your identity
Verifying your identity for a Fill Easy client.
An organisation you deal with, such as a bank or an insurer, may ask you to verify your identity through iAM Smart or China eID. When it uses Fill Easy for that check, the request comes through Fill Easy.
This page explains what the request is and what to do if you did not expect it.
What to expect
You receive a request
The organisation you deal with asks you to verify your identity.
You review it
In the iAM Smart app, or by tapping your national ID card on your phone for China eID.
You decide
You can authorise the request or decline it.
The organisation receives the result
Only if you authorise it.
If you did not expect the request.
Do not authorise it. Contact the organisation that appears to be asking, using contact details you already have rather than details in the message you received.
If you are unsure whether a request came through Fill Easy, email customersupport@fill-easy.com.
Keep your codes private
Do not share one-time passwords, PINs or verification codes with anyone who contacts you.
