What is KYC remediation?
Bringing existing client files up to date: re-checking each client against current records and fixing stale or missing data. With Fill Easy, you send the client list as one Excel file and every entity is re-checked at its registry.
How do we start a run?
Email the client list as an Excel file to remediation@fill-easy.com, one row per entity, for example with the company name, jurisdiction and your reference.
What changes are flagged?
Changes to directors and shareholders, the registered address and the company's status, such as a company struck off, compared field by field with the record you hold.
