The problem
An e-prescription is only as good as the identity behind it. A PDF can be edited, and a name typed at the bottom proves nothing.
Nouvelle Biotech needed its NOU Health platform to show which doctor wrote each prescription and prove it had not changed by the time a community pharmacist opened it.

The doctor signs in
The doctor logs in to NOU Health with iAM Smart, so the session carries a verified identity.

The prescription is signed
iAM Smart signing adds the doctor's certificate, a timestamp and a tamper check to the PDF.

The pharmacist reviews it
The signed prescription reaches a community pharmacist, who can check who signed it and that it is unchanged.
The impact
Every NOU Health e-prescription now names a verified doctor and shows any change after signing, before a pharmacist relies on it.
