Credit report: Mainland China
A credit report gives the financial and risk view of a Mainland company, compiled from Mainland credit sources and the public record. It contains the registration record and ownership, the operating information the company has published, such as taxpayer status, administrative licences, financing records and credit ratings where any exist, the risk records from the courts and the market regulator, and a credit assessment for reference. Where financial statement items are available they are included with their source.
Credit control, trade finance and supplier risk teams order it before setting payment terms or a credit limit for a Mainland buyer or supplier. Insurers order it on a corporate policyholder. Lenders order it alongside the full KYB report where a Mainland company is a borrower or a guarantor.
Send the Unified Social Credit Code or the full Chinese name. The report comes back as a PDF in English with the Chinese original kept, in the same thread or through the API. The credit assessment is the report provider's opinion for reference; the registration and risk records are taken from the public record on the report date.

Is the credit assessment a guarantee?
No. It is the report provider's assessment for reference and does not take your own transaction into account. The registration and risk records behind it are from the public record.
Does it include financial statements?
Where they are available from Mainland sources. The report states for each year what was found and where it came from.
Can we order it with a full KYB report?
