At the HKSTP Pavilion, Fill Easy demonstrated GovVerify and its live Prudential Hong Kong deployment.

Fill Easy took part in Hong Kong FinTech Week 2025 × StartmeupHK Festival through the HKSTP Pavilion, alongside 19 other HKSTP park companies.
The demonstration centred on an onboarding workflow already in use: GovVerify’s deployment with Prudential Hong Kong through its PRUSubmit electronic application platform.
From a document upload to a tap
The Prudential deployment brings NFC-enabled e-KYC into the insurance application process. A customer taps an NFC-enabled identity document on a secured device, and the integration connects the verification request to the authorised source.
HKSTP’s event announcement highlighted Fill Easy’s work delivering KYC solutions to Prudential through GovVerify.
Three connected parts of the demonstration
- Government-source individual verification through the supported identity schemes.
- NFC identity-document reading within the application journey.
- The GBA Standard Contract arrangement supporting the covered Mainland cross-border data flow.
Together, these show why identity verification is an integration question as well as a customer-experience question. The source, consent, transfer route and returned data all need to fit the institution’s workflow.
