Infrastructure readiness, not adoption

One thing stuck with me: the real bottleneck isn't AI adoption itself — it's infrastructure readiness. Without reliable data pipelines, clear governance and cross-border compatibility, even the best models don't translate into real impact. That is where RegTech evolves from a compliance checkbox into core infrastructure that enables scale, trust and entirely new product models.
