A full KYB report with financial statements is the complete picture of a Mainland company in one English report. It starts with the company search: the SAMR registration record, shareholders, management, changes and public risk records. It adds the ownership tracing: each corporate shareholder followed through its own registration until the natural persons behind the company are named, with the percentage held at each layer. It then adds financial statements, where they are available from Mainland registry and financial sources: the balance sheet and income statement items from the company's annual report filings and, for companies that publish them, audited statements. The report says for each year which source the figures came from.
