A Mainland company is verified by its Chinese name and its 18-character code.
Every company registered in Mainland China appears on the National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System (国家企业信用信息公示系统), run by the State Administration for Market Regulation. The record shows the company's registration, its shareholders and their contributions, its legal representative and key personnel, its annual reports and any administrative penalties or abnormal-operation listings. The record is in Chinese and is identified by the 18-character Unified Social Credit Code.
Fill Easy returns Mainland company searches, business registration records and KYB reports to Hong Kong as PDFs. Where the record contains personal information, such as the names of shareholders and officers, it reaches Hong Kong under Fill Easy's filed Standard Contract (Filing No. 202500031). Automated documents arrive in under 5 minutes by email or through the API.

国家企业信用信息公示系统
State Administration for Market Regulation (国家市场监督管理总局, SAMR)
The publicity system is the statutory platform on which Mainland enterprises publish their registration information, annual reports and other disclosures, and on which the public looks them up. It is operated by SAMR and fed by the provincial and local market regulation bureaus that register companies.
Search is free and in Chinese, by company name or Unified Social Credit Code. A record shows registration particulars, shareholders or promoters and their subscribed contributions, the legal representative, directors, supervisors and senior managers, branches, change history, annual reports, administrative licences and penalties, and whether the company is on the abnormal operations list or the serious violation list.

Unified Social Credit Code (统一社会信用代码, USCC)
18 characters, digits and upper-case letters (the letters I, O, Z, S and V are not used), under national standard GB 32100-2015: one character for the registration authority (9 for market regulation), one for the entity type (1 for an enterprise), six for the administrative division, nine for the entity (the former organisation code) and one check character. For example 91110000XXXXXXXXXX for a company registered with the market regulator in Beijing.

Yes. The National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System shows the registered shareholders of a limited liability company and the promoters of a joint stock company, with their subscribed contributions and the history of changes. Beneficial owner filings are made to the registration authority and are not public.
An 18-character identifier issued to every legal person and organisation in Mainland China under the State Council's 2015 code system and national standard GB 32100-2015. It replaced the separate business licence number, organisation code and tax number, and it is the number to send when ordering a Mainland company search.
Not on the official system, which holds records in Chinese and matches on the registered Chinese name. Send the Chinese name or the Unified Social Credit Code. If you only have an English name, Fill Easy can identify candidates for confirmation before fulfilling the order.
Where the record contains personal information, Fill Easy transfers it under the Standard Contract for cross-border transfer of personal information within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, filed as No. 202500031. The filing, the source and the retrieval time are recorded on every result.
A company is listed by the market regulator when it fails to file its annual report on time, cannot be reached at its registered address, or publishes false information. The listing shows on the public record and is a standard red flag in Mainland KYB.
