Cayman company search: Offshore
A Cayman company search returns the record of a company from the Cayman Islands General Registry, the Registrar of Companies' office, which provides searches through its online portal rather than a browsable database. The search confirms the company's name, registration number, type (such as exempted company or limited liability company), status, date of registration and registered office. A separate inspection returns the names of the current directors. Members are not on the public record. Certificates the Registrar issues, such as a certificate of good standing or a certified copy of the certificate of incorporation, go only to the company's principals or their authorised representatives, so Fill Easy obtains one where the client has the company's authority. Any certificate can be checked on the Registry's verification site with the authentication code printed on it.
