Companies and limited liability partnerships in India are registered with the Registrar of Companies in each state under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA). The MCA portal shows a company's master data free of charge: its name, Corporate Identity Number, status, capital, registered office, directors and charges. Documents the company has filed, including its annual return with the list of shareholders attached, are viewed for a fee per company.
Fill Easy returns the company master data and the Certificate of Incorporation as PDFs by email or through the API. India is an automated market, so these documents arrive in under 5 minutes, with the source, retrieval time and request ID recorded on each result.

The MCA administers the Companies Act 2013 and the Limited Liability Partnership Act 2008 through the Registrars of Companies in each state and union territory. Every company and LLP files its incorporation, annual return, financial statements and changes of directors and charges electronically on the MCA21 portal.
The portal's master data service is free and open to anyone. It shows the company's registration details, status, capital, directors and signatories, and the index of charges. The View Public Documents service lets a user view the e-forms a company has filed, such as the annual return (MGT-7, or the abridged MGT-7A for one person companies and small companies) and financial statements (AOC-4), for a fee per company; the MCA's fee enquiry service lists viewing company documents on the portal at Rs 100 per company at the time of writing.

Partially. The free master data does not list shareholders. The annual return that every company files (MGT-7, or the abridged MGT-7A for one person companies and small companies) carries the shareholding pattern with the list of shareholders attached, and that filing can be viewed through the MCA's View Public Documents service for a fee per company. Fill Easy orders it on request.
The Corporate Identity Number is the 21-character identifier the Registrar of Companies allots to every company on incorporation. It is made of the listing status, the 5-digit industry (NIC) code, the state code, the year of incorporation, a 3-letter company type and the 6-digit registration number, for example U72200KA2012PLC063060.

The master data on the MCA portal is free. Viewing filed documents such as the annual return and financial statements requires payment of the MCA's fee per company (Rs 100 per company on its fee enquiry service at the time of writing), and the documents are viewable for a limited time after payment.
Every director has a Director Identification Number (DIN). The MCA portal shows the DIN against each director on the company master data, and the director master data lists the companies in which that DIN holds office.
