A Korean court certificate and a DART filing describe different parts of the company.
Korean companies are registered in the commercial register kept by the courts. The Supreme Court's Internet Registry Office (IROS) issues the certificate of registered matters that shows a company's name, capital, shares, directors and representative director. Shareholders are not registered; they appear through the Financial Supervisory Service's DART disclosure system for listed and externally audited companies, and through the Korea Fair Trade Commission's disclosures for large business groups.
Fill Easy returns the registry certificate and the related disclosures by email to agent@fill-easy.com or through the REST API. Records are in Korean. Every result records the source, the retrieval time and the request ID.

Supreme Court of Korea, National Court Administration; disclosures by the Financial Supervisory Service (DART) and the Korea Fair Trade Commission
Corporate registration in Korea is a court function. Each registry office keeps the commercial register, and IROS lets anyone search by trade name or registration number and view or print a certificate of registered matters online. Article 7 of the IROS terms of use sets the online fee at KRW 700 to view a record and KRW 1,000 to issue a certificate.
The register records what Article 317 of the Commercial Act requires: trade name, head office, purpose, capital, the number of shares the company may issue and the shares issued by class, directors and auditors by name, the representative director by name and address, branches and the method of public notice, with the history of changes. It does not record shareholders.
Ownership comes from other public sources. DART, run by the Financial Supervisory Service, publishes annual and audit reports with major shareholders for listed companies and companies subject to external audit. The Korea Fair Trade Commission publishes the affiliates and internal ownership of designated large business groups through its Business Group Portal.

Corporate registration number (법인등록번호) and business registration number (사업자등록번호)
The corporate registration number has 13 digits, shown as 6 and 7 digits (for example 110111-1234567): a registry office code, an entity type code and a serial. The business registration number issued by the National Tax Service has 10 digits, shown as 3-2-5 (for example 123-45-67890).

The 13-digit corporate registration number is assigned by the court registry at incorporation and identifies the legal entity. The 10-digit business registration number is assigned by the tax office and is used on tax invoices. A company has both.
Not from the commercial register, which does not record them. For listed companies and companies subject to external audit, DART filings disclose major shareholders. For affiliates of designated large business groups, the KFTC publishes ownership. Other private companies disclose nothing publicly.
Trade name, head office, purpose, capital, authorised and issued shares, directors, representative director, auditors, branches and the date of incorporation, with the history of changes if the version including cancelled matters is ordered.
