Vietnamese enterprises are registered by provincial business registration offices into a single national database, published through the National Business Registration Portal. The portal shows basic particulars free of charge and supplies the Enterprise Registration Certificate, the registration file and filed financial statements for a fee set by the Ministry of Finance.
Fill Easy returns these documents from the portal by email to agent@fill-easy.com or through the REST API. Records are in Vietnamese. Every result records the source, the retrieval time and the request ID.

Cổng thông tin quốc gia về đăng ký doanh nghiệp
Agency for Private Enterprise and Collective Economy Development (Cục Phát triển doanh nghiệp tư nhân và kinh tế tập thể), Ministry of Finance (Bộ Tài chính)
The portal is the public face of the National Business Registration Information System. Provincial registration offices enter registrations and changes, and the portal publishes them. It is run by the Agency for Private Enterprise and Collective Economy Development, a unit of the Ministry of Finance under Decision 377/QĐ-BTC of 26 February 2025; it took over from the Business Registration Management Agency of the Ministry of Planning and Investment when that ministry was merged into the Ministry of Finance.
A free search shows the enterprise name, enterprise code, head office address, legal representative, legal status, enterprise type, date of establishment and business lines. Fuller information is supplied on request through the portal's information service for a fee.
The information service can issue a copy of the Enterprise Registration Certificate, documents from the registration file, filed financial statements and a consolidated report with the enterprise's history.

Enterprise code (Mã số doanh nghiệp)
10 digits, assigned by the national registration system and printed on the Enterprise Registration Certificate. The enterprise code is also the tax code. Branches and business locations carry 13-digit codes that extend the parent's 10 digits.

Yes. The 10-digit enterprise code assigned at registration is also the enterprise's tax code. Dependent units such as branches use a 13-digit code built on the parent's number.
For a limited liability company, the members and their capital contributions are on the Enterprise Registration Certificate. For a joint stock company, the file lists founding shareholders and foreign-investor shareholders only; other holdings are kept in the company's own register.
The fee table under Circular 47/2019/TT-BTC, published on the portal, sets VND 20,000 per copy of an Enterprise Registration Certificate, VND 40,000 per document from the registration file or per financial statement and VND 150,000 per consolidated enterprise report. Fill Easy confirms the total with the order.
The Ministry of Finance.
