Prudential brings NFC identity into PRUSubmit.
A tap of an identity document connects the insurance application journey to authorised statutory sources.

Fill Easy has partnered with Prudential Hong Kong to introduce an NFC-enabled e-KYC solution within PRUSubmit, Prudential’s electronic application platform.
The deployment changes the identity step in the insurance application. Instead of photographing and uploading a document for manual review, a customer taps an NFC-enabled identification document on a secured device.
Connecting the tap to the authority
An encrypted API connects the authentication request to authorised statutory bodies. The result is returned within the application workflow, reducing the separate document-handling and data-entry steps.
The Greater Bay Area Standard Contract arrangement is an enabling part of the covered cross-border data flow. The source integration and transfer framework work together within the deployment.
A change inside the application journey
The objective is a shorter verification process for customers and less manual handling for the teams processing applications. It brings identity authentication into PRUSubmit rather than making it a separate document-review task.
“This e-KYC solution fuses a superb front-end user experience with an automated back-end process to provide customers with an efficient onboarding process that is effortless and fast.”
Candy Au Yeung, Chief Customer Operations and Health Officer, Prudential Hong Kong.
The deployment is part of Fill Easy’s work connecting source-backed identity to regulated onboarding through a managed integration.
